Joe Toohey

Joe is the Wheeler Centre’s Head of Finance. Prior to joining the Wheeler Centre, he held several senior arts leadership positions in Victoria. These included CEO of Regional Arts Victoria; Co-Convenor of the Arts Industry Council of Victoria; CEO at Express Media; Board Member and Treasurer of Footscray Community Arts; and Board Member at SYN Media. Joe holds a Bachelor of Business from Victoria University; a Master of Arts Management from the University of Melbourne; completed the Australia Council for the Arts Emerging Leaders program; and is a qualified CPA.
