Gail Kelly is regarded as one of the most powerful women in Australia. For seven years, she was the highly respected CEO of the Westpac Group.

Throughout her exceptional career, Kelly has seen, experienced and personally effected significant changes in Australian workplace culture. In 2010, she committed to seeing 40% of leadership positions at the bank held by women; she achieved this in 2012, two years ahead of target, and established the new target of 50% by this year, the bank’s bicentennial year. Today she’s the author of Live Lead Learn, and is currently engaged in a number of roles globally as well as in Australia. She is also a mother of four (including triplets).

Join us for a special regional Fifth Estate event with host Sally Warhaft, as Kelly reflects on her life and career. The pair will discuss corporate leadership, family and workplace culture in Australia today.

Presented in partnership with MADE.
