Cameron Baker
Cameron Baker is a writer and illustrator. He writes and publishes a zine called MOTE, which he started when he was fifteen. It's now in its fourteenth issue.
Alice Bishop
Alice Bishop grew up in Christmas Hills, a town ravaged by the Black Saturday bushfires. A Constant Hum, her much-anticipated debut, was commended by the Victorian Premier’s Literary Award for an Unpublished Manuscript and shortlisted for the Penguin Random House Literary Prize. Stories in the collection won the 2017 Lord Mayor’s Prize and the Rachel Funari Prize.
Susan Bradley Smith
Susan Bradley Smith is an award-winning writer and bibliotherapist, and Honorary Research Associate in English at La Trobe University.
Recent publications include Friday Forever, the writing and wellbeing memoir, and the poetry collections Beds for all who come (shortlisted for the Victorian Premier’s Literary Awards 2015) and supermodernprayerbook. She is the founder and Creative Director of Milkwood Bibliotherapy, and is currently co-authoring a history of psychiatry and poetry, Watch Me Die.
Kelly Chandler
Kelly Chandler has been published in the Age, The Lifted Brow, Griffith Review, Big Issue, Slow Guide, Death Mook and New Zealand Herald. A former editor of Voiceworks, Chandler was chair of the National Young Writers’ Festival and journalist trainer at the trilingual Independent newspaper in Vanuatu.
As a writer and editor, Kelly Chandler has interviewed people everywhere from northwest China over a nice cup of yak milk to a Kalgoorlie prison where she chopped veggies with women hoping for parole.
Toby Fehily
Toby Fehily is the editor of Art Guide Australia and a freelance writer whose work has appeared in Smith Journal, VICE, Junkee and other publications.
His radio story The Isolation Solitude Confinement Happiness Freedom Domain aired on ABC Radio National’s Radiotonic.
Tully Hansen
Tully Hansen is a writer, scholar and avid consumer of net art and electronic literature, with a particular interest in interactive fiction and the literary potential of Twitter bots. His work has appeared in Overland, Crikey and The Lifted Brow, and in 2012 he was recipient of the inaugural Monash Prize in Creative Writing for his suite of poems Grey Throughs in Break Rooms.
Suzy Freeman-Greene
Suzy Freeman-Greene is a Melbourne journalist, writer and editor. Freeman-Greene's feature writing has appeared in publications including Good Weekend and the Australian magazine, and for many years she was a regular columnist with the Age. She is working on a series of essays about her mother’s life and death.
