Kyung-won Chung is the Seoul Metropolitan Government’s chief design officer and the deputy mayor of South Korea’s capital city. Chung remains a champion of the lasting legacy of the city’s design initiatives and supports this through significant financial commitment. Seoul will spend $100 million over the next three years to improve the design capabilities of small to medium sized businesses.
