Description: The shape of the festival varies from year to year, but the pattern has been a gala theatrical event, a seminar, and sometimes a dinner. The group has performed in a variety of locations, many iconic Melbourne landmarks, and used many different media - dance, music, film. The festival typically employs a theatre director and professional actors, but also some community members. Fundraisers are held twice per year on various dates. Each year a new theme is generated and original scripts, inspired by Joyce's writing, are developed.
