Sally Warhaft is a Melbourne broadcaster and former editor of The Monthly magazine.
She is the author of Well May We Say: The Speeches that Made Australia and a regular commentator on ABC radio and TV. Sally has a Phd in Anthropology and did her fieldwork in Mumbai, India, living by the seashore with the local fishing community. She is currently writing the script for The People Speak, a documentary about protest movements and resistance in Australia, and working on her next book.
