Favel Parrett is a Victorian writer who loves to surf in the Southern Ocean. She has recently published Past the Shallows.
Favel was selected to take part in the QWC/Hachette Australia Manuscript Development Programme in 2008, and in 2009 she was awarded a Mentorship from the Australian Society of Authors for this novel.
