Sophie Cunningham, Benjamin Law, Fiona McGregor and William Yang consider what makes a piece of writing gay.
“Despite its copious swearing, unflattering descriptions and recollections of vicious fighting, The Family Law is a deeply affectionate portrait.” – The Enthusiast
“The Family Law is unflinchingly graphic and Law’s language runs pretty blue at times, so this won’t be for your more easily offended reader. However, for those who love their writing fresh, fun and packed with laughs, it’s perfect.” – Eliza Metcalfe, Bookseller and Publisher blog
“Benjamin Law is set to become the Next Big Thing in Australian non-fiction writing. More precisely, he’s set to become the Australian David Sedaris.” Jo Case, Readings Monthly.
