Anh Do nearly didn’t make it to Australia. His entire family came close to losing their lives on the sea as they escaped from war-torn Vietnam in an overcrowded boat. Anh Do talks to Sam Pang the tragedy, humour and heartache of life in Australia and the path that lead him to become of Australia’s best loved comedians.
Anh Do left his job in the corporate world, to become a comedian. He is also an accomplished writer, actor and producer.
Sam Pang is a writer, presenter and broadcaster. His television credits include the hugely popular Santo, Sam and Ed’s Cup Fever and SBS’s coverage of The Eurovision Song Contest.
