Malcolm Fraser was Prime Minister of Australia from 1975 to 1983.
Margaret Simons is an award-winning freelance journalist and the author of seven books and numerous essays and articles. She is also a part-time lecturer at Swinburne University of Technology.
George Megalogenis is the author of Faultlines (Scribe 2003) and The Longest Decade (Scribe 2006, updated 2008) and a senior journalist with The Australian newspaper.
